These terms apply to web design, development and digital marketing work carried out by Havealot.
Quotes and scope
Quotes are valid for 30 days and list the pages and deliverables included. Anything not listed is out of scope and quoted separately before work begins.
Payment
A deposit is payable before work starts, with the balance due on approval and before the site is made live. Monthly services such as SEO, ads management, hosting and maintenance are invoiced in advance.
Client responsibilities
You supply content, images and feedback within agreed timeframes, and you confirm you have the right to use any material you send us. Project timelines assume timely feedback.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, stated in the quote. Additional rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Ownership
On final payment, ownership of the delivered website, design files and domain transfers to you. Third-party plugins, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
Hosting and maintenance
Hosting included with a build covers the first 12 months. Thereafter hosting and maintenance are renewed annually or monthly. Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Limitations
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, advertising results or revenue outcomes. We do commit to the scope of work, the reporting and honest advice about what is achievable.
